On Saturday, October 21st, 2023, DRIFT’s aerial artwork Franchise Freedom was presented above Central Park. For this public art event, a flock of one thousand drones flew above the park for the first time ever. Franchise Freedom is a poetic blend of art and technology that aims to unite audiences through experiences that bring together people, space, and nature.Fishko Inc. was contracted to co-produce this historic moment for the city of New York, which was attended by well over twenty thousand people.In collaboration with: DRIFT, Drone Stories, Therme Group and Nova Sky Stories.
